We are hiring: Business Development Manager β Home & Personal Care (Initially Maternity cover 12 months).
Location: UK & Ireland (Field-based)
Reporting To: Segment Sales Manager

Are you a results-driven Business Development professional looking to make an impact in a growing market? We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Home & Personal Care segment, helping us outperform the market and build long-term customer partnerships.
The Role: You will be responsible for:
- Driving new business acquisition and growing key accounts
- Developing and executing a segment growth strategy
- Managing opportunities from first contact through to onboarding
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities and improving margin
- Working closely with sales, estimating, production and customer service teams
- Using Salesforce to manage pipeline, activity and forecast
This is a hands-on role where you will own your territory and make a real commercial impact.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage opportunities end-to-end
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Highly organised, self-motivated and proactive
- Experience Using CRM Systems (Salesforce Preferred)
Desirable: Experience in printing, packaging or manufacturing. Knowledge of Home & Personal Care markets.
