We’re looking for an Internal Sales Executive to own and grow a portfolio of Tier 4 & Tier 5 customer accounts (annual spend under $100K). This is your chance to join a dynamic team, influence revenue growth, and play a key role in developing long-term customer relationships. In this role, you’ll help drive our segment’s success by delivering 3% above market growth, securing new business, and nurturing a pipeline of opportunities across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Production, and Graphics—acting as a true Account Manager focused on results.
What You’ll Do
- Own & Grow Your Accounts: Manage inside sales activities for assigned House and passive accounts. Build trusted relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service. Identify growth opportunities within existing customers and drive year-on-year sales.
- Develop New Business: Conduct market research, qualify leads, and liaise with the wider sales team on high-potential prospects. Execute the full business development cycle—from outreach and sampling to proposal writing, value propositions, and onboarding.
- Be the Connector: Serve as the bridge between Sales and Marketing to enhance digital content, promote case studies, support webinars, and elevate our online presence. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver Accurate Sales Insights: Contribute to annual budgets and monthly forecasts for T4 & T5 accounts. Work with Segment Managers to deliver forecasts within a 10% accuracy range. Maintain all activity, opportunities, and customer notes in Salesforce.
- Drive Standards & Support Projects: Uphold compliance with company and client policies. Track business development metrics and share best practices with colleagues. Lead assigned projects and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven internal sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to manage new business opportunities end-to-end.
- Strong prioritisation, organisation, and communication skills.
- A proactive self-starter and team player.
- Experience in printing/manufacturing.
- Experience managing budgets or forecasting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Some travel to customer sites may be required therefore a full driver’s licence is essential.
