Reporting To: Segment Sales Manager
Sector: Home & Personal Care | Packaging & Labelling
Responsibilities
- Driving new business acquisition and growing key accounts
- Developing and executing a segment growth strategy
- Managing opportunities from first contact through to onboarding
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities and improving margin
- Working closely with sales, estimating, production and customer service teams
- Using Salesforce to manage pipeline, activity and forecast
This is a hands-on role where you’ll own your territory and make a real commercial impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage opportunities end-to-end
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Highly organised, self-motivated and proactive
- Experience Using CRM Systems (Salesforce preferred)
Desirable
- Experience in printing, packaging or manufacturing
- Knowledge of Home & Personal Care markets
