As a Trainee Tax Advisoryou\’ll be fully immersed with our experienced Tax team, learning to provide great advice to clients. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.

It\’s a great opportunity to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. You\’ll:

  • Assisting the team with the completion of tax compliance
  • Assisting with tax administration duties including logging information, scanning client records & billing
  • Being part of a talented team, adding value to the exceptional work we deliver
  • Preparing self-assessment personal tax returns, including advising clients of their tax liabilities
  • Collating information and preparing P11D forms for limited companies
  • Dealing with HMRC correspondence or enquiries
  • Preparing small accounts for sole traders

Hungry for a new challenge:

  • You will have – or be expecting – a 2:1 degree, in addition to A levels in any subject at grades B and above (or equivalent).
  • You will commence study on the ATT CTA Tax Pathway to complete both the ATT (Association of Taxation Technicians) and CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser) qualifications.
  • You will demonstrate good communication and organisational skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Some experience of tax matters, either through study or work experience, would help in demonstrating a desire to progress as a tax professional.
