Mcbride is seeking a Quality Manager at our Middleton site to lead the site quality function and ensure full compliance with UK/EU regulations, customer requirements, and corporate policies. You will drive continuous improvement in product quality, hygiene, and assurance systems, safeguarding plant processes and supporting divisional quality objectives.
You will lead a team (QA Specialist, Hygiene Specialist, QC Supervisor), manage audits and certifications, and report on quality KPIs.
