This is a rare opportunity to join a team on an ambitious mission who need a Senior People Business Partner who can help build the organisational capability to get them there.
Reporting into the People Leadership Team, you'll partner directly with senior leaders across the business not just advising on people strategy, but actively shaping it.
You'll: Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, building the relationships needed to influence real change Lead workforce planning to close capability gaps and support a long-term competitive strategy Guide senior leadership through change and transformation, keeping people at the centre of it Partner with Talent Acquisition on senior appointments and succession, mapping the pipeline for the sport's brightest talent Own the delivery of talent reviews, performance cycles, and compensation processes at a strategic level Use data and market insight to anticipate trends and shape recommendations that drive real ROI Collaborate across ER, Reward, Talent, and the People Service Centre to build a genuinely elite people function You'll bring extensive HR experience with a strong track record in strategic HR partnering within a commercial environment along with experience leading HR and organisational transformation.
With CIPD Level 7 or equivalent you will have strong business acumen, strategic thinking and data literacy, the credibility, and relationship-building skills to influence at senior leadership level and a genuine motivation to work in a high-performance, high-pressure environment where every marginal gain matters This isn't a maintenance HR role it's a chance to help architect the people strategy behind a team competing (and aiming to win) at the very top of world sport and as such the role requires the successful induvial to be office based.
