It requires an integrated, evidence-based performance system where every aspect of athlete development is aligned, measured and continually refined to deliver sustained competitive advantage.
As Performance Director, you will have overall responsibility for designing, integrating and leading athlete's complete performance programme.
This is a strategic leadership role, providing direction across physical preparation, sports science, nutrition, psychology, recovery, lifestyle management, leadership development and race performance..
Working alongside an expanding team of specialist practitioners, you will ensure every discipline contributes to one coherent long-term performance strategy.
You will also lead race preparation processes, drive performance innovation, establish measurable objectives and foster a culture built on excellence, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

- A proven track record of integrating multidisciplinary performance teams.
- Experience designing and delivering long-term athlete development programmes.
- Outstanding strategic planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The credibility to influence experienced practitioners across multiple disciplines.

Candidates may come from elite motorsport, elite tennis, Olympic or Paralympic programmes, professional sport, defence or other environments where sustained high performance is expected.
This is a rare opportunity to build a high-performance programme from the ground up, shape the culture and systems that underpin long-term success, and make a lasting impact on the development of an elite athlete pursuing the highest level of international motorsport.
If you are excited by the challenge of creating an exceptional performance environment and helping unlock world-class potential, we would be delighted to hear from you.
