McBride Sport is proud to be partnering with a global sports organisation who are international in scope and relentlessly focused on the fan experience. We are seeking a Head of Product to lead the next evolution of the organisation’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) ecosystem, spanning digital content experiences, live and on-demand streaming, and CRM-led fan engagement. This is a rare opportunity for a senior product leader who can operate as both strategic architect and hands-on builder, defining long-term vision while driving excellence in delivery.
As Head of Product, you will:
- Set the vision and roadmap for digital fan engagement across content, streaming, and CRM platforms.
- Define and implement a clear product development framework that unites discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and iteration.
- Partner with senior leadership across marketing, technology, and broadcast to ensure alignment between fan experience and commercial outcomes.
- Build and mentor a high-performing product organisation that balances creative ambition with operational rigour.
- Champion a culture of clarity, data-driven decision-making, and executional excellence.
We’re looking for a product leader who:
- Brings 12–15+ years of product management experience within sports, media, or entertainment.
- Has successfully led teams across multiple product domains (content, streaming, CRM, data).
- Possesses deep craft knowledge of product management — from vision setting to launch to optimisation.
- Demonstrates strong executive presence, structured thinking, and a collaborative leadership style.
- Is passionate about the intersection of storytelling, technology, and fan engagement.
This is a defining role in the digital transformation of a global sports property. You’ll shape how millions of fans engage with the sport — before, during, and between live events — by uniting live content, interactivity, and data-driven personalisation into a cohesive experience. If you’re driven to build the next generation of global fan platforms, this is your opportunity to lead that change.
