- Travel: Up to 16 weeks per year of international travel, offering the opportunity to work across iconic events and locations around the world

Key Responsibilities:
As the Guest Experience Director, you will:
- Lead and manage the Guest Experience team across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, ensuring the successful delivery of world-class events.
- Oversee key aspects of guest experience, including hospitality, VIP services, logistics, and fan engagement strategies.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless event execution.
- Drive innovation in event delivery, curating exceptional experiences for fans, VIPs, players, and sponsors.
- Provide strategic oversight on accommodation, transportation, F&B, and CRM systems for international events.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Represent the agency in client meetings, presentations, and business development discussions.
