This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across matchdays, conferences, events and premium hospitality operations.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead and inspire large operational teams in a fast-paced live-event environment
  • Take full ownership of commercial performance and P&L delivery
  • Drive operational excellence, service standards and customer experience
