This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across matchdays, conferences, events and premium hospitality operations.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead and inspire large operational teams in a fast-paced live-event environment
- Take full ownership of commercial performance and P&L delivery
- Drive operational excellence, service standards and customer experience
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the venue and partner network
- Champion compliance, safety and team development across all operations
