McBride Sport is partnering with a leading global agency in the sport and entertainment space to appoint a Director – Corporate Sponsorships. The role is initially offered as a fixed term contract & is a rare opportunity to join one of the most respected teams in the industry, working at the intersection of global partnerships, innovation, and purpose-led events. This senior position is ideal for a sponsorship leader who thrives in high-impact, international environments. Based in London but with significant international travel, and reporting into a global leadership structure, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering a multi-market corporate sponsorship strategy for a major international client. You\’ll be embedded within the client\’s global sponsorship team, helping to manage a world-class portfolio of corporate and community partnerships. Expect regular international travel, high-profile events, and direct collaboration with senior stakeholders across business units and regions. Key responsibilities include:

We are actively looking to engage with individuals with the following:

  • 8–10+ years in a senior sponsorship, partnership, or brand marketing role (agency or brand-side).
  • Proven experience managing global sponsorship portfolios and high-stakes activations.
  • Confident communicator with the gravitas to lead in senior stakeholder environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and justify major partnership decisions.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally on a regular basis.
