McBride Sport is working exclusively with Hampshire Cricket to find an experienced and creative Content & Communications Manager to lead the Club’s digital output through a major new chapter. With international investment, a growing global profile, and landmark events on the horizon—including hosting an Ashes Test in 2027 and operating Southern Brave from 2026—this is a rare opportunity to help reshape how a top-tier cricket club engages with its audience.
This is a senior, hands-on position based at the Utilita Bowl in Southampton. You’ll take ownership of the Club’s content and communications strategy—leading a small team, managing digital channels, and working across departments to tell the Hampshire Cricket story in a bold and compelling way.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years in a content or comms leadership role, ideally in sport or media
- A proven track record of growing audiences and delivering strong digital performance
- Confidence with content creation, team management, and cross-functional collaboration
- A commercial mindset and ability to align content with wider business goals
