McBride Sport is working exclusively with Hampshire Cricket to find an experienced and creative Content & Communications Manager to lead the Club’s digital output through a major new chapter. With international investment, a growing global profile, and landmark events on the horizon—including hosting an Ashes Test in 2027 and operating Southern Brave from 2026—this is a rare opportunity to help reshape how a top-tier cricket club engages with its audience.
The role: This is a senior, hands-on position based at the Utilita Bowl in Southampton. You’ll take ownership of the Club’s content and communications strategy—leading a small team, managing digital channels, and working across departments to tell the Hampshire Cricket story in a bold and compelling way.
