Key PurposeCoordinate projects, manage documentation and data accurately, support team and customer requests, and help keep systems, artwork, and communications organised and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:- To compile accurate customer technical documentation and develop artwork briefs ensuring they meet both internal and industry requirements and guidelines.
- To co-ordinate multiple projects, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed according to agreed deadlines, and to accurately record and maintain key data where appropriate.
- Proof-read & approve created artwork.
- To ensure all web-based systems are maintained as required by internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the team with any other general admin duties.
- To ensure that health, safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to all at times via maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- To generate and maintain procedures and work instructions for the area.
- To always maintain confidentiality.
- Contribute as part of a successful team.
- To play an active part in continuous improvement within the department.
