Description

McBains are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to support our London office on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS (9am-6pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
  • Manage meeting room bookings and set up spaces as required
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
  • Support with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff
  • Update and maintain contact lists and other office databases
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure a smooth visitor and caller experience
  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required

  • GCSE level education or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
