Description
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Manage meeting room bookings and set up spaces as required
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
- Support with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing
- Assist with ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff
- Update and maintain contact lists and other office databases
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure a smooth visitor and caller experience
- Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- GCSE level education or equivalent
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
