ROLE SUMMARY
A hands-on, detail-focused role supporting the internal team by ensuring project and business documentation is accurate, organised, controlled, and issued on time. The successful candidate will assist with maintaining document systems, supporting project teams, and ensuring information is managed efficiently across the business.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Support the management and maintenance of the Common Data Environment (CDE), primarily Procore.
- Upload, organise, distribute, and track drawings and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate document registers and version control records.
- Ensure documents are issued correctly and in line with company procedures.
- Assist with approvals, transmittals, submissions, and document workflows.
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding documentation.
- Support compliance, quality assurance, and data accuracy across project records.
- Assist with ISO document control procedures and standards.
- Help identify opportunities to improve document control processes and ways of working.
- Provide general administrative support related to document management when required.

Essential Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or document control role.
- Experience using EDMS / CDE platforms such as Procore, Aconex, or similar systems is desirable.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Office.

- Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
