Job Description
We’re looking for a social-first Marketing Executive who knows how to create content that captures attention and drives engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our West Midlands designer outlet centre to life across digital—driving footfall, sales, and online buzz.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll own the day-to-day management of our social channels, website, and email—keeping content fresh, on-brand, and relevant.
- From planning scroll-stopping campaigns and briefing photo/video shoots, to jumping on trends and collaborating with retailers to promote new launches, offers, and events—you’ll help shape how we show up online.
- You’ll also track performance closely, using insights and data to refine content and continuously improve results.
Qualifications
- A strong understanding of social media and digital storytelling.
- A creative eye for content, with the confidence to bring new ideas forward.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- An interest in retail and fashion (highly desirable).
- Experience with content tools, CMS platforms, and editing software (e.g. Photoshop).
