We’re looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Assistant to help keep our Ashford designer outlet centre running smoothly, safely and efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working closely with the Facilities Manager to support day‑to‑day operations.
  • Coordinating contractors and maintaining accurate records.
  • Delivering a first‑class facilities service.
  • Ensuring the centre remains safe, compliant and well-maintained for customers, tenants and colleagues.
  • Managing administration and compliance tasks, including tracking KPIs and supporting health and safety and environmental reporting.
  • Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors and internal teams.
  • Identifying and escalating operational risks and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.
