Job Description
We’re looking for a Regional Media Manager to lead integrated media planning, optimise channel performance and elevate content across our UK centres. You’ll work with agencies, centre teams and regional marketing to deliver insight‑led, commercially focused campaigns that make an impact.
What you’ll do
- Reporting to our Regional Marketing Manager, you will lead on how we plan and invest in media across channels, budgets and regions.
- Using insight, econometrics and customer profiling, you’ll shape a smarter channel mix and lift campaign performance.
- You’ll help craft the content and customer journeys that sit across our regional websites, SEO activity and paid channels, ensuring every touchpoint feels connected and purposeful.
- You’ll guide the regional social strategy; building meaningful influencer partnerships and ensuring centres deliver consistently high‑quality execution.
- Clear, actionable reporting will be a big part of what you do, turning performance data into insights teams can utilise.
- You’ll directly manage our Regional Content Creator and Regional Stylist, helping them grow while keeping creative output strong and aligned.
Strong cross‑media experience, especially digital, content, social and influencers.
Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and simplify complexity.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics.
Collaborative, inclusive working style.
Experience of using Photoshop is a plus.
