We’re looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Assistant to help keep our Ashford designer outlet centre running smoothly, safely and efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you’ll support day‑to‑day operations, coordinate contractors, maintain accurate records and help deliver a first‑class facilities service.
  • You’ll also play a key part in ensuring the centre remains safe, compliant and well‑maintained for customers, tenants and colleagues.
  • You will manage administration and compliance tasks, including maintaining accurate records, tracking KPIs and supporting health and safety and environmental reporting.
  • In addition, you will support stakeholder engagement by building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors and internal teams, while also contributing to risk and safety by identifying and escalating operational risks and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
