We’re now looking for a Group Health & Safety Manager to support and coordinate Health & Safety activity across our European portfolio. This is a high-impact, operationally focused role working across multiple countries, supporting centre teams in delivering strong Health & Safety standards. You will act as a key connector across regions, providing practical guidance, driving consistency, and ensuring compliance across diverse regulatory environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys influencing and delivering outcomes without direct line management responsibility, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinating Health & Safety activity across 5 European regions, ensuring alignment and consistency
  • Supporting Centre Managers and Facilities teams with practical H&S guidance and advice
  • Acting as a technical H&S expert, particularly on UK regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring and communicating new and emerging regulations, supporting centres in implementation
  • Supporting audits, incident management, and compliance processes across the Group
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across regions and functions

This role is based in London or any one of our European centre locations, with regular travel.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Health & Safety within a multi-site and/or international environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proven experience delivering H&S governance, assurance and compliance activity across multiple sites or regions
  • Strong working knowledge of H&S management systems, digital audit tools and performance reporting platforms
  • A proactive, organised approach with a focus on delivery and follow-through
  • Recognised H&S qualification (e.g. NEBOSH or international equivalent)
  • Professional membership (IOSH, IEMA or similar)
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
