Company Description McArthurGlen Group, Europe’s leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe in 1993 and currently manages 20+ designer outlets in 8 countries. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

As a KYC Analyst (Global), you will be part of the centralised Compliance team, supporting all McArthurGlen regional locations in delivering KYC procedures and controls. The role involves supporting the company in ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining the integrity of the company’s onboarding process across all locations. Additionally, the role involves supporting in the development, implementation and successful completion of the company’s various anti‑financial crime project and procedures across all locations (as necessary).

You Will Support With:

  • Conducting KYC reviews on corporate entities (tenants, partners, businesses) and individuals across the UK and Europe.
  • Delivering high‑quality, first‑line defence KYC checks, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance.
  • Supporting the development, implementation and successful completion of our KYC enhancement project.
  • Helping standardise and strengthen procedures across markets, working closely with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • KYC first-line experience, including onboarding corporates, various legal entities, and individuals.
  • Strong end‑to‑end KYC and client onboarding experience (UK experience essential).
  • Undergraduate degree (Law preferred) plus relevant AML/CTF/ABC qualifications (ACAMS, ICA).
  • Due diligence experience across diverse global corporate structures.
  • Skilled in Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high‑risk entities.
  • Solid knowledge of AML typologies and red flags.
  • Strong grasp of complex ownership structures.
  • Able to process large volumes of complex information with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills; able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist the compliance team with anti‑financial crime projects.
  • Assist the compliance team with administrative matters.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Desirable: experience in the real estate industry.
  • May require occasional travel between McArthurGlen offices/centres.
