We’re looking for an Insight Coordinator to join our insights team on a 12 month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in consumer insight and market research within the fast‑paced European retail sector.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our Insight team, helping us understand customer behaviours and market trends that shape our business. Working closely with the Insight Manager and collaborating across marketing and centre teams, you’ll make sure our research programmes run smoothly and deliver real impact.

What you'll be doing…

  • Coordinating the planning and delivery of our centre insight programme.
  • Supporting key research projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Managing day‑to‑day operations across business trackers, including customer feedback, footfall benchmarking, and brand tracking.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the insight budget, including forecasting and raising POs.
  • Tracking consumer and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Gathering and sharing key project inputs with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assisting with report writing and providing actionable insights.
  • Responding to ad hoc research requests and supporting new project development.
  • Presenting findings clearly using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Helping organise insight meetings and coordinating European travel logistics.
