Are you passionate about finding great people and building a standout candidate experience? We’re on the lookout for a Talent Advisor to support recruitment, employer branding, and coordination across our team for a 6 months maternity cover. Perfect for someone with a background in sourcing or recruitment.

What you’ll be doing...

  • Lead junior-level hiring and support Guest Experience recruitment
  • Partner with hiring managers and keep our pipelines strong
  • Post roles, manage our ATS, and keep things running smoothly
  • Bring fresh ideas to employer branding and social media content
  • Step in with coordination and admin when needed

To be successful you’ll bring...

  • Experience in sourcing or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
  • Great communication and strong attention to detail
  • Confidence using ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters is a plus)
  • Interest in employer branding and social storytelling
  • Bonus if you speak a second European language (German, Italian, Spanish or French)
