Are you passionate about finding great people and building a standout candidate experience? We’re on the lookout for a Talent Advisor to support recruitment, employer branding, and coordination across our team for a 6 months maternity cover. Perfect for someone with a background in sourcing or recruitment.
What you’ll be doing...
- Lead junior-level hiring and support Guest Experience recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers and keep our pipelines strong
- Post roles, manage our ATS, and keep things running smoothly
- Bring fresh ideas to employer branding and social media content
- Step in with coordination and admin when needed

To be successful you’ll bring...
- Experience in sourcing or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
- Great communication and strong attention to detail
- Confidence using ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters is a plus)
- Interest in employer branding and social storytelling
- Bonus if you speak a second European language (German, Italian, Spanish or French)
