What you'll be doing:
- Support the Marketing Manager in delivering the annual marketing plan to drive footfall, sales, and customer engagement.
- Own the day-to-day management of the centre's digital channels - website, social media, and email - ensuring content is timely, engaging, and aligned with campaigns.
- Develop and manage a social content calendar in line with marketing objectives and collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-quality photo and video assets.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of digital advertising strategies (paid social, display, etc.) that drive performance and ROI.
- Keep the centre website updated with offers, events, news, and campaigns using the CMS.
- Liaise with brand partners to promote in-store activity and support brand exposure.
- Analyse digital activity performance using analytics tools and contribute to regular reporting and insights.
- Support coordination of seasonal campaigns, in-centre events, PR, email marketing, and local partnerships.
- Ensure all digital and visual assets align with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Act as Duty Manager on a rota basis, overseeing the safety and operations of the centre and managing social media channels during evenings and weekends.

To be successful you'll bring:
- A marketing professional with experience in campaign execution, ideally in retail, brand marketing, or event planning.
- Experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a retail, leisure, or agency environment.
- A creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for customer engagement.
- A strong communicator.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects.
- Digital-savvy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, CMS platforms, and basic analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with CMS and CRM systems.
- A solid understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and email marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a rota, including centre duty management responsibilities.
