Global Accounts Receivable Team Leader – United Kingdom, London officeOur Mission'To create the finest retail experiences.'Our Purpose'Making the extraordinary possible'McArthurGlen Group, Europe's leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe in 1993 and currently manages 23 designer outlets in 8 countries.What you'll be doing…You'll lead our global Accounts Receivable team, ensuring invoices are raised and sent accurately and on time, the Sales Ledger is consistently up to date and reconciled, and cash is collected efficiently. You'll also support the wider Global Accounts Receivable function within our Global Operational Finance Centre of Excellence.In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, coach and develop a high-performing team, and ensure the accuracy of billing, cash allocation, credit control, and reporting processes across multiple entities. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Leasing, Legal, and IT, drive continuous process improvement, and maintain compliance with internal and external audit standards.

Proven record of being to influence senior stakeholders – (e.g.
