They handle facilities contracts, budgets, and best practices to optimize costs and improve the customer experience, while also supporting tenants during store openings, exits, and refurbishments.Additionally, the role involves managing risk and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading fire training and drills. The Facilities Manager contributes to long-term asset management and sustainability by optimizing utilities and overseeing critical maintenance projects.
