The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and visitors attending the practice.
The postholder will provide a professional, friendly, and efficient reception service, ensuring patients receive excellent customer care while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the practice.

Candidates will study Customer Service Practitioner Level 2/Business Administrator Level 3 Framework via Mc Arthur Dean Training and in addition the candidate will be supported by on‑going training and support from the employer.
