A legal accounts assistant apprentice would support the finance team within a law firm while working towards a recognised accounting qualification. The role provides practical experience in legal finance and administration. Full training and support given with career progression opportunities within the firm.
Job Spec:
- Processing transactions
- Maintaining client records
- Assisting with client and office accounts in line with Solicitors Accounts Rules and compliance procedures
- Assisting the wider firm with accounts queries whilst maintaining confidentiality of financial and client information
- Completing daily account reconciliations
- Assisting with both purchase ledger and sales ledger processing
- Handling and filing confidential information in a timely manner
