Apprenticeship Standard: Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

Job Spec:

  • Answering calls; communicating with patients/other visitors in person
  • Assisting with appointments
  • Assisting with day-to-day enquiries
  • Liaising with staff members

Person Spec:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy (knowledge of Microsoft Office packages)
  • Good time management skills and punctuality
  • Good organisational skills

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week

Rate of Pay: £8.00 per hour
