This company is offering the opportunity to join their team of Contract Administrators and complete an apprenticeship. You will gain valuable experience in a range of customer service roles including telephone receptionist, making appointments and full use of Microsoft Office suite including Sharepoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Apprenticeship Standard: Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

  • Telephone reception, calling clients, making bookings
