We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Quality Assurance Officer.
Brief overview of Key responsibilities and experience:
- Provision of QA support for the management and continual improvement of the company QMS, to ensure it meets the requirements of the company licenses (including WDA(H)s and MIA), and the relevant parts of GDP and GMP at all times.
- Work effectively with other departments within the business as necessary, to ensure compliance with all relevant company and regulatory standards and maintain the safety, quality and efficacy of all products procured, handled, repackaged and supplied by the company.
- Support other members of the Quality department as necessary.
- Support maintenance and continual improvement of the company QMS by preparation, review, approval, training and implementation of SOP and work instructions, as necessary.
- Monitor changes in applicable GDP & GMP legislation and guidelines and support implementation of any necessary changes.
- Identify compliance gaps and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage own workload to ensure all tasks are completed within the timelines assigned to meet business needs and customer requirements.
- Investigate and report quality incidents. Ensure all quality events and deviations are investigated to an appropriate level and are completed and reported in a timely manner.
- Propose, implement, and monitor appropriate CAPA plans to address the root cause (or other causal/contributing factors) of non-conformances and ensure the effectiveness of all actions is monitored, as necessary.
- Investigate and report complaints in a timely manner.
- Prepare, co-ordinate and manage change controls.
- Compile and review periodic product quality review reports.
