We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our clients team in the OTC sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building lasting relationships and driving business growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities:
- Develop & foster relationships with business partners established & new to ensure long-term success.
- Drive new distribution through sales and profit within OTC Meds sectors.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
- Conduct regular business review meetings with the customers (travelling within UK is expected).
- Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
- Co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives.
- Ensure budget requirements are met.
- Identify NPD opportunities and drive effective communication of own label NPI.
- Forecasting & EPOS sales analysis.
- Understanding & implementing MHRA artwork procedures.
- Using customer portals to upload information.
- Creation of JBPs (Joint business plans).
- Any other task which may be asked of you to fulfil your role.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Ideally 2-3 years experience in Account Management and B2B sales or procurement within a similar industry, such as Pharma, NutriPharma or veterinary.
- Commercial understanding of Generic Pharmaceuticals OTC, GSL, P & POM.
- Working in a highly regulated field.
- Customer Service Focus.
