We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Clinical Nurse Business Manager – Wound Care.
- Location: the West Midlands
- Salary: £40,000 to £43,000
- Bonus of £10,000
- Car Allowance of £500 a month
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Role Purpose: The Clinical Nurse Business Manager is a dual-purpose role combining clinical education and commercial sales within the wound care portfolio. The post-holder will act as the company’s clinical expert and commercial representative across the West Midlands territory, with a particular focus on building clinical confidence in our product range among NHS wound care teams, while driving revenue growth against defined territory targets. The immediate priority for this role is to provide dedicated clinical education and support to existing NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy) contract customers, ensuring high levels of clinical confidence, product adoption, and contract retention. Alongside this, the post-holder will develop and grow the wider wound care territory across the West Midlands initially, and further afield across the North as needed.
Person Specification – Essential:
- Registered nurse or allied health professional with clinical wound care experience, or significant experience in a clinical education role within medical devices.
- Experience with negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) systems, including clinical application and training.
- Experience with antimicrobial or advanced wound care dressings, including copper-based technologies.
- Knowledge of compression therapy systems and lower limb wound management.
- Demonstrable experience selling, promoting or supporting wound care products into the NHS, with a strong understanding of NHS procurement processes, formulary submissions, and clinical evaluation pathways.
