Reporting to the Creative Lead, as Graphic Designer you will join a close-knit, highly motivated and successful team. As part of this dedicated team, you will assist in the creation of high impact graphics, documents, brochures, bid documents and other company materials. The successful candidate will work closely with Creative Lead and Social Media Coordinator to contribute to high impact documents and graphics that are closely aligned with our overall brand style.
Main Responsibilities
- Working with existing brochure and document templates in Adobe InDesign, adhering to document grids and structure and brand style, to amend, maintain and adjust as required, adding and removing content and so on (Flexibility to contribute creatively).
- Creating impactful and sharp PowerPoint presentations for various teams throughout the company.
- Assisting the Bid Team with tender proposals, bringing together work from multiple sources into one coherent and well-presented proposal document, using existing templates and guides.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment to ensure timely submissions of the final document.
- Come up with innovative ideas/themes for proposal documents and create all graphics required, ensuring the final documents have the desired impact and are easy to interpret.
- Creating posters and social media graphics to promote company activities, events and announcements.
- Any other graphic design tasks as required by management.
Education/Experience
- Graphic Design qualification or ability to demonstrate excellent graphics skills.
- Pleasant and confident inter-personal manner.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Experience in other Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint/Word.
- Excellent communication skills – both in creative and graphical presentations.
- Photography skills an advantage but not necessary.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- NI based role, with travel to UK sites as required.
- Candidates should have the appropriate work permit or the right to work in the UK.
