The Role As a full-time Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in our practice. You will be responsible for: Preparing detailed design and technical drawings. Coordinating with architects, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Applying your technical expertise to develop creative and practical design solutions. Assisting with planning applications, building regulations, and construction detailing. Contributing to the success of a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Contract management. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in an architectural technologist role. Proficiency in AutoCAD software is essential. Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction methods. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
