As an expert within the Information Technology department, you will be pivotal in managing and optimizing the Local Area Network (LAN) and Wireless Network (WiFi) infrastructure across our campuses. You will ensure seamless connectivity, robust performance, and high security standards while driving technological advancements and innovation.
Missions:
- Network Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee and manage campus LAN/WiFi infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networks and firewalls to meet performance and reliability standards.
- Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure seamless connectivity for users.
- Implement and support network solutions for effective communication and collaboration.
- Innovation and Technology Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy network solutions aligning with business goals.
- Visibility and Performance Optimization:
- Implement tools and strategies for real-time visibility into LAN/WiFi network performance.
- Analyze network data to identify improvement areas and implement optimization measures.
- Proactively address network issues and bottlenecks to maintain optimal performance.
- Security and Compliance:
- Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain robust network security measures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Activities:
- Follow up on action plans and backlogs.
- Coordinate crisis/escalation meetings and taskforces.
- Validate operation plans.
- Manage the lifecycle of firewalls/LAN/WiFi infrastructures/solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network infrastructure management, including LAN/WIFI, Firewall.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in network security.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive innovation in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
