What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates via social media, job boards & creative search methods
- Attending industry events
- Speaking to candidates and building strong relationships
- Learning how to match people with the right opportunities
- Managing candidate pipelines and supporting live roles
- Developing real recruitment skills with clear progression opportunities
- Supporting across various divisions including - Tech, Energy, Professional Services, Sales & Marketing
