We're looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join a growing commercial team based in Blantyre. This role is all about proactive outbound sales, lead generation and building an early-stage pipeline. You'll be speaking with potential clients daily, qualifying opportunities and setting up deals for the wider sales function. Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and generate new leads through outbound calls and digital outreach
  • Introduce products and services to potential clients and qualify interest
  • Manage and update your own pipeline using a CRM system
  • Book meetings and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team
  • Work closely with marketing to feedback on lead quality and market trends
  • Keep up to date with industry activity and competitor movement
  • Hit daily, weekly and monthly activity and revenue KPIs

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales or business development
  • Confident making cold calls and handling objections professionally
  • Target-driven, resilient and commercially minded
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools
  • Experience in financial or professional services is beneficial but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence required

Working Pattern

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am-5pm
  • Friday: 9am-1pm (half day)
  • No evenings or weekends
  • Fully onsite role
