Position Details:
- Wage: $21–$23/hour (based on experience)
- Hours: 13–15 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Contract End Date: December 31, 2025

Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel using relationship-based selling techniques
- Ensure product visibility by building eye-catching displays and securing secondary display space
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product is fully stocked and aligned with store needs
- Visit 5+ retail stores weekly following a set schedule
- Capture and submit daily visit reports with photos
- Represent MCA and our client’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
The Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising or CPG sales
- Strong understanding of sales and merchandising principles
- Confident, persistent, and results-driven personality
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for reporting
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between store locations
