MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to join a growing organisation within the renewable energy sector, working on a biogas production site.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with Site Managers to deliver effective support on reactive maintenance tasks
  • Maintaining all operational equipment including front-end processing, pumps, digesters, heating circuits and pasteurisation systems
  • Supporting Biogas Upgrading Units (BUU) and Grid Entry Units (GEU)
  • Managing and improving planned preventative maintenance (PPM) systems using FIIX
  • Providing maintenance updates to Regional Management
  • Supporting multiple sites across the portfolio
  • Participating in out-of-hours support when required
  • Delivering site improvements and refurbishment projects
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reporting
  • Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

  • Hands-on mechanical engineering experience
  • City & Guilds qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working with pumps and other mechanical systems
