MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to join a growing organisation within the renewable energy sector, working on a biogas production site.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with Site Managers to deliver effective support on reactive maintenance tasks
- Maintaining all operational equipment including front-end processing, pumps, digesters, heating circuits and pasteurisation systems
- Supporting Biogas Upgrading Units (BUU) and Grid Entry Units (GEU)
- Managing and improving planned preventative maintenance (PPM) systems using FIIX
- Providing maintenance updates to Regional Management
- Supporting multiple sites across the portfolio
- Participating in out-of-hours support when required
- Delivering site improvements and refurbishment projects
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reporting
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Hands-on mechanical engineering experience
- City & Guilds qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with pumps and other mechanical systems
