MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Site Operations Manager / O&M Site Manager / Site Operations & Maintenance Manager, to manage a number of District Heating / Heat Network sites ensuring operations are running smoothly. Our client is a leading business within the district energy industry, with the opportunity for an O&M Site Manager to join their team based out of offices in Greenwich, London.
As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Daily management of a number of heat generation sites
- Some project engineering works to develop sites
- Work with maintenance to maintain site efficiencies
- Work strategically with Head Office to develop business over time
- Ideally experience with heat networks or transferable sectors
- Safe and efficient operation of the sites
- Setting up processes and procedures for new heat networks as they come online
- Build and manage client and customer relationships
- Operational budget responsibility and reporting against KPIs
- Continuous improvements
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
