MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an Electrical Design Engineer. This role will involve:
- Develop and design electrical schematics and layouts to meet regulatory standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure design specifications align with their expectations.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and prototypes for various electrical systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential design issues.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from engineers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Maintain documentation of design processes, changes, and specifications for future reference.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and methodologies in electrical engineering design.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other engineering teams and departments as necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project progress discussions and updates.
- Other duties as required.
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Qualified designer with a minimum of HNC, HND, or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Ability to sign off on designer competency forms in compliance with Regulation.
