MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an Operator to work on an Anaerobic Digestion plant based in Inverness. Reporting to the site manager, you will work on a 4 on 4 off basis and be responsible for the day-to-day effective running of the plant and working as part of a call out rota to ensure the plant is covered outside of shift hours.
As the Operator, you will be responsible for:
- The day-to-day operations of the AD plant
- Running the plant via a DCS and SCADA
- Visual fault finding on the plant and equipment
- Carrying out first line maintenance
- Feeding the plant with fuel
- Operating a telehandler or other machinery
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the site
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
- An engineering or agricultural qualification
- The ability to participate in a call out rota
- A Telehandler license or mobile plant experience
- The ability to work on a 4 on 4 off days basis
- A full, clean driving licence
