MC Technical Recruitment are currently recruiting a Process Operator / Fuel Operator to join an energy from waste power station in the Glasgow area. As the Process Operator, you will be responsible for carrying out operational activities within tipping hall.

Reporting to the Tipping Hall Supervisor, the Process Operator / Fuel Operator will be responsible for mobile plant operations within the tipping hall to ensure an efficient and consistent delivery of fuel to the boiler.

As the Process Operator you will be responsible for :

• Ensuring the day-to-day operations of the weighbridge is carried out efficiently to and record waste deliveries to the site
• Operation of mobile plant equipment in the tipping hall area to manage the waste effectively
• Accepting the delivery of site consumables
• Conducting basic first line maintenance when required to assist the operations team
• Managing vehicles onsite to ensure a smooth and safe delivery of waste to the bunkers
• Other duties as required
