Plant Manager Circa £45,000 Edinburgh MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Plant Manager on behalf of a UK-based anaerobic digestion (AD) operations and maintenance specialist, to be based at their site in Haddington.
This role will involve taking full responsibility for the daily operation and maintenance of a biogas plant.
This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role — you'll be the senior person on-site, managing a small operational team while staying close to the process itself, and reporting directly to senior management.
The plant operates 24/7, so some out-of-hours and shift work will be required.
