MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Field Service Engineering Manager. This role will involve managing a small team of field-based mechanical technicians covering the southeast of England.
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a mechanical O & M team across the Southeast.
- The geographical area to be covered includes Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex & Kent.
- This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational, technical & people management skills.
- You will deliver high reliability on electrical generating assets including Solar & Wind, but most Gas Engines (both dirty & natural).
- Using the Maximo system to generate orders & technical support.
- Other duties as required.
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Previous experience leading an engineering team.
- Strong people management skills.
- The ability to travel across the region.
- Full, clean driving licence.
