MC Technical Recruitment are looking for a Stock Controller to work alongside Engineers and Technicians at a leading Energy from Waste Power Station in the Croydon area. As a Stock Controller, you will be a key part of a hardworking team operating around the Engineering Warehouse.
As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Controlling stock levels using (CMMS) computerised maintenance management systems.
- Working with engineers and technicians to ensure the quality of all inbound parts are of a high standard.
- Purchasing stock items via computer as well as re-ordering.
- Using mobile plant equipment such as a forklift.
- Keeping track of stock levels.
- Complying with the monthly checklist and audit site visit.
- Stock counts and various monthly checks.
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Experience as a Stock Controller in similar industries.
- Understanding of the processes which involve stock keeping.
- Mobile plant experience is desirable but not necessary.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
What's on offer?
- A salary Circa Β£41,000.
- Overtime Available.
- A 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday).
