MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Technician / Field Service Engineer paying up to £46,000 depending on experience ideally living between Kings Lynn & Boston to cover PPM & development work on Anaerobic Digestion sites in Norfolk & Lincolnshire. Our client is a leading business within the Renewable Energy sector.
As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out fault finding & repairs on Electrical & Mechanical plant such as: Pumps, motors, compressors, & water plant
- Covering an area from Lincolnshire to Norfolk
- Responding to breakdowns & carrying out fault finding on Anaerobic Digestion sites
- Planning and implementation of planned preventative maintenance to ensure full plant efficiency
- Ensuring out of hour call outs are responded to in a timely manner
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ/HNC/BTEC/Apprenticeship)
- Previous experience within a Process Environment such as water treatment, food processing plant, chemical plant etc
- The ability to work an out of hours callout rota
- A full UK driving licence is essential for this role
The package on offer for this role includes a salary up to £46,000 depending on experience, plus company benefits including pension & holidays.
